1. Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation of a service or project before the engagement or project kickoff.
- Once work has begun—such as resource allocation, project planning, development, consultation, or delivery—cancellation may not be possible.
- For ongoing monthly/annual service contracts, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle and will not affect payments already processed.
2. Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for any products, subscriptions, services, digital deliverables, staffing services, consultations, or custom development once payment has been made.
Non-refundable items include but are not limited to:
- Digital products
- Software licenses
- AI/ML solutions
- Project-based services
- Consulting and staffing services
- Subscription or retainer-based services
